By accessing or using the services provided by JHBRIDGE Translation Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 500 Grossman Dr, Braintree, MA 02184, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website, create an account, submit documents, request services, or use our platform.

Use of the website or services means acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the website or services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, organization, client, or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. JHBRIDGE does not provide services to children directly. JHBRIDGE does not advertise or intentionally market its services to children. Minors may not create accounts, submit requests, upload documents, or purchase services.

If a parent, legal guardian, attorney, healthcare provider, school, agency, or authorized adult submits documents involving a minor, they represent and warrant that they have the legal authority and consent to do so. JHBRIDGE may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if it believes a user is under 18 or lacks proper authority to submit materials.

JHBRIDGE provides professional language services including document translation, certified translation support, live interpretation (including on-site and remote interpretation), video captioning, website localization, and language workflow support. Services are available primarily in Massachusetts, with additional service coverage in New York, Florida, Texas, and California. Remote services may be available nationwide where applicable.

Services are based on the information and materials provided by the client. JHBRIDGE does not guarantee approval by any government agency, court, school, employer, immigration authority, or third party. Certified translation support does not mean legal representation or government endorsement. Interpretation services do not replace legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. The client is responsible for confirming whether a receiving institution has specific formatting or certification requirements.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not use a false identity, impersonate another person or entity, create multiple accounts without authorization, share account access, or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

You must immediately notify JHBRIDGE of any unauthorized account use or security breach. JHBRIDGE may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized document submissions, violation of these Terms, or any conduct that creates risk or harm to the company, other users, or third parties.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, readable, and accurate source documents; ensuring they have the legal right to submit the documents; providing correct spelling of names, addresses, dates, and specialized terminology where needed; reviewing delivered work promptly; and informing JHBRIDGE of special requirements before work begins.

Clients may not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful materials. Clients may not upload documents they are not authorized to share. JHBRIDGE reserves the right to refuse any project or document submission at its sole discretion.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Pricing and delivery timelines may change if document complexity, word count, formatting requirements, urgency, poor scan quality, or project scope changes after the initial quote.

JHBRIDGE may refuse or cancel projects at its discretion. Additional services, revisions outside the original scope, formatting changes, rush work, or specialized terminology review may require additional fees. Clients will be notified of any material changes to pricing or timelines before work proceeds.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For subscription plans, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. JHBRIDGE accepts major credit cards and ACH bank transfers where available. Some services may require upfront payment or a deposit before work begins.

Work may be paused until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, or bank fees where permitted by law.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination of services, or collection action. Final translated deliverables will not be transferred until payment is complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

JHBRIDGE understands that submitted documents may contain sensitive personal, legal, medical, immigration, financial, or business information. All materials submitted for translation or interpretation are treated as confidential. Linguists and service providers may be bound by confidentiality obligations or non-disclosure agreements.

Confidentiality protections do not prevent disclosure when required by law, court order, subpoena, payment dispute, fraud investigation, protection of legal rights, or compliance with regulatory obligations. Access to documents is limited to people or providers who need access to perform the service. Users should not upload documents they are not authorized to share.

JHBRIDGE strives to meet agreed deadlines. Standard turnaround for translation may be 24–48 hours for documents under 5,000 words, depending on language pair, document quality, formatting complexity, and translator availability. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to unclear scans, missing information, client delays, technical issues, force majeure, or payment issues. One round of revisions may be offered at no additional cost if the original specifications were not met. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable time window after delivery.

Changes caused by new client instructions, new documents, preference changes, or third-party requirements may require additional fees.

JHBRIDGE provides language services only. JHBRIDGE does not provide legal, medical, immigration, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for advice in these areas.

Translation or interpretation of a document does not mean JHBRIDGE verifies the truth, legality, validity, or enforceability of the original document or its contents.

JHBRIDGE may assist with certified translation support for immigration-related documents. JHBRIDGE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by USCIS or any government agency. Acceptance of translated documents is determined by the receiving agency or institution.

Clients are responsible for confirming current submission requirements with the receiving agency before submitting documents. JHBRIDGE cannot guarantee that any translated document will be accepted by USCIS, courts, schools, employers, or other institutions.

Users retain rights to their original content. Translated materials become the client's property upon full payment. JHBRIDGE may retain internal templates, workflows, terminology databases, non-client-specific know-how, and anonymized translation memory data for quality improvement and operational purposes.

JHBRIDGE will not publicly disclose confidential client documents. By submitting materials, the user grants JHBRIDGE the limited right to process submitted materials only to provide services, manage quality, handle support, process payments, and comply with law.

Users may not engage in or submit materials involving: illegal activity; fraudulent documents; identity theft; unauthorized submission of third-party documents; harassment, abuse, threats, or hate content; malware or harmful files; attempts to disrupt the platform; reverse engineering or scraping; or misuse of translations for unlawful purposes.

Users may not submit content involving minors without legal authority. JHBRIDGE reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or report suspected illegal activity to authorities.

JHBRIDGE may terminate or suspend user accounts and access to services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, creates risk to the company or other users, appears fraudulent, is harmful to others, or violates law. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JHBRIDGE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

JHBRIDGE is not responsible for rejection by agencies, courts, employers, schools, immigration authorities, or other third parties. JHBRIDGE is not liable for client-provided errors, unclear documents, late client responses, incorrect instructions, third-party platform failures, or decisions made by third parties based on translated documents.

Total liability of JHBRIDGE for any claim arising from these Terms or use of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. JHBRIDGE does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, agency acceptance, legal outcomes, immigration outcomes, medical outcomes, business results, or third-party decisions.

JHBRIDGE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JHBRIDGE, its owners, employees, contractors, linguists, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: user misuse of services; violation of these Terms; unauthorized submission of documents; infringement of third-party rights; fraudulent or illegal materials; or claims from third parties related to submitted content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Norfolk County, Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by law. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

JHBRIDGE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the services after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or prominent notice on the website.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by JHBRIDGE to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
