Accessibility Statement
JHBRIDGE Translation Services' commitment to making its website and services accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities.
Effective Date: June 2026
Our Commitment
JHBRIDGE Translation Services ("JHBridge," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making its website and services accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our translation and interpretation services, navigate our website, and engage with our platform regardless of ability. Accessibility is a core value that reflects our broader mission of bridging communication gaps.
We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience and are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and services. Our team evaluates accessibility considerations during the design, development, and maintenance of our digital properties, and we make ongoing efforts to identify and remove barriers that may prevent users from fully engaging with our content and services.
As a small business, we approach accessibility with sincerity and pragmatism. We invest in accessibility improvements as part of our regular development process and prioritize changes that have the greatest impact on usability for individuals with disabilities. We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time achievement but an ongoing journey, and we are committed to making continuous progress.
Standards
JHBridge aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level where practicable. WCAG is an internationally recognized set of guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) that provides a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
The WCAG 2.1 AA standard encompasses four key principles: content should be perceivable (users must be able to perceive the information being presented), operable (users must be able to operate the interface), understandable (users must be able to understand the information and the operation of the interface), and robust (content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies).
While we strive to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard across our website and services, we acknowledge that full conformance with every criterion may not be achievable in all areas at all times, particularly as our website evolves and new content is added. We use the WCAG guidelines as our benchmark and work to address deviations as they are identified. Our goal is continuous improvement toward comprehensive conformance.
Current Efforts
We work to ensure our website includes semantic HTML structure that conveys meaning and hierarchy to assistive technologies, keyboard navigability that allows users to access all interactive elements without a mouse, sufficient color contrast between text and background elements to ensure readability, alternative text for meaningful images and graphics, clear and consistent navigation patterns across all pages, and readable text formatting with appropriate sizing and spacing.
Our development practices include consideration of accessibility requirements during the design and implementation of new features. We use modern web development frameworks and tools that support accessibility best practices, and we test our website using a combination of automated accessibility testing tools and manual review. We pay attention to common accessibility concerns such as form labels, focus management, link text clarity, and the proper use of ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where needed.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process and that we may not have achieved full conformance in all areas of our website. As we add new content, features, and pages, we work to ensure that new additions meet our accessibility standards. When accessibility issues are identified, whether through our own testing, user feedback, or third-party evaluation, we prioritize remediation based on the severity and impact of the issue.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address accessibility barriers as part of our ongoing development and improvement process. Accessibility issues may exist in older content that predates our current accessibility standards, in areas of the website undergoing active development, or in features that present particular technical challenges for accessibility implementation.
Some third-party tools, embedded content, or PDF documents used on or linked from our website may have accessibility limitations that are beyond our direct control. While we make reasonable efforts to select third-party tools and services that support accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality provided by third parties. We encourage users who encounter accessibility issues with third-party content to contact the respective third-party provider directly.
We maintain an awareness of our known accessibility limitations and work to address them in a prioritized manner. If you encounter a specific accessibility barrier that prevents you from accessing information or using a feature of our website, please contact us so that we can work to resolve the issue or provide the information through an alternative accessible means.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have difficulty accessing any part of our website or services, please contact us. We value your feedback and take accessibility concerns seriously. Your input helps us identify areas where we can improve and ensures that we are aware of barriers that may affect our users. We welcome feedback from users of all abilities and from accessibility advocates and experts.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service you need through an alternative accessible means if you are unable to access it through our website. This may include providing content in an alternative format, assisting you over the phone or by email, or making adjustments to our website to address the barrier you have identified. Our goal is to ensure that no one is excluded from accessing our services due to a disability.
You can reach us regarding accessibility concerns by email at contact@jhbridgetranslation.com or by phone at +1 (774) 223-8771. When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can describe the problem you encountered, the page or feature involved, the assistive technology you are using (if applicable), and the outcome you expected. This information helps us investigate and resolve issues more efficiently.
Reasonable Accommodation
JHBridge will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs for individuals who request assistance. If you require materials in an alternative format -- such as large print, plain text, audio, or another format -- or if you need assistance using our services due to a disability, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Reasonable accommodation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the request, the resources available to JHBridge as a small business, and the technical feasibility of the accommodation. We are committed to working in good faith with individuals who need accommodations and will make every reasonable effort to provide access to our services and information.
For our interpretation and translation services specifically, we are experienced in working with clients who have diverse communication needs. If you require specific accommodations for interpretation sessions, document delivery, or other aspects of our service, please discuss your needs with us during the booking or onboarding process so that we can make appropriate arrangements in advance.
No Perfection Claim
JHBridge does not claim that its website or services are fully accessible in all respects at all times. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we continue to make improvements as we identify issues, adopt new technologies, and respond to user feedback. We are honest about the current state of our accessibility efforts and transparent about the work that remains to be done.
The web accessibility landscape continues to evolve, with new standards, best practices, and assistive technologies emerging regularly. We monitor developments in accessibility standards and work to incorporate relevant improvements into our website and services as they become applicable and practicable for our platform.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our users as we work to improve the accessibility of our digital properties. Accessibility is a shared responsibility, and we are grateful to the individuals and communities who help us identify barriers and improve the experience for all users. If you have suggestions for how we can improve our accessibility, we encourage you to share them with us at contact@jhbridgetranslation.com.
